Who We Work With
Health Information Management Customers & Associations
Health records management must always be a collaborative process. As a longtime leader in health care information management, AMES has collaborated with the best people and organizations in all parts of the field. Today, we still depend on a wide network of links to leading customers and professional associations to enrich our own expertise and capabilities.
AMES provides records management solutions for a wide range of health care delivery organizations, including the following:
- hospitals of all kinds
- clinics – large and small
- medical groups
- physician groups and offices
Within these organizations, some requirements may differ from site to site but the solution is the same they call on AMES.
A national medical groups 1,000-bed hospital may want customized file folders, labeling, and software to avoid costly fines for losing a single patient file, or request an experienced AMES team for a complex file center move.
A small clinic may resolve a space crunch by moving files offsite to one of our storage centers, or ease its EMR transition with a hybrid (paper/electronic) solution that includes compliance advice, secure software, customized file folders, flexible storage systems, an auditing approach, site preparation, and proven record retention policies.
A physicians practice may maximize records space with the industrys best mobile storage.
From our experience, we know that health care facilities all share more health information management similarities than differences. Our approach is often the same.
What are the elements of your current medical records system?
What do you like or dislike about it?
What would you change if you could?
Does your system expose your organization to business or compliance risks?
Does it maximize critical benefits such as records access and storage space savings?
Our customers report that best-practices medical records solutions from AMES provide advantages that any health care organization will appreciate.
AMES and TAB belong to a number of industry-leading health information management associations. These ensure we stay current on the latest developments in general records management so that we may apply them, using our unsurpassed medical records experience, to enable todays most advanced health care information solutions.
